Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
The eSIM could not be installed or used due to verified technical issues beyond the customer's control.
The issue has been confirmed by our support team after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
If the eSIM has been successfully installed and activated.
If the technical issue is due to an incompatible device or incorrect installation not caused by TrustedeSIM.
If the request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.

Contact our support team at support@trustedesim.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will assist you in troubleshooting and verifying the problem.
If the issue cannot be resolved and meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days after approval.
