Upon purchase, your eSIM will appear in the My eSIMs section of the website(My Account). A confirmation email will also be sent. All installation instructions and QR codes will be accessible in the My Account section.
You may request a refund or replacement if technical issues prevent successful installation or usage of the eSIM.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Troubleshooting assistance may be required before issuing a refund.
Refunds are not available for expired data packages or purchases deemed fraudulent.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Note: In case any fees are applied by the payment processor, these will be deducted from the total refund amount.

First Purchase Discount: A special discount is applied to your first plan purchase through My Account. This purchase is required to unlock all other discount and reward programs.
Referral Rewards: You earn a discount each time a referred customer completes their first plan purchase through My Account. Referral rewards are automatically applied to your next purchase. Please note: only one referral reward can be applied per transaction.
Lifetime Discount: A growing discount is applied based on the number of qualifying purchases made through My Account. This discount increases with each completed purchase up to a defined limit and is automatically applied to future orders. Lifetime Discount only applies when no other discounts are active.
TrustedeSIM reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any reward or discount program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
By submitting a review, rating, or testimonial on our website, you grant TrustedeSIM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
Identity Preferences: We provide you with the option to display your Full Name or a Masked Name (First Name and Last Initial). You agree that the preference you select at the time of submission will apply to how your review is displayed on our website and shared with third-party platforms.
